We’ll feature the food of the Croatian Interior in this class, which bears strong Slavic, Hungarian and Turkish influences and features hearty stews, smoked meats, sausages and pastries.
Your menu includes: Poljički Soparnik, a traditional pie-like dish from southern Dalmatia; Peka, a hearty baked Lamb Stew that’s practically the National dish; and for dessert, Čupavci, a chocolatey, coconutty cake-like treat.
