My family loves this place! Great food, a drink for the parents, and a play area for the kids. We drive 20+ minutes each way to eat here. Anxiously awaiting a location to open up closer us Till then, we’ll keep coming.

This is such a lovely spot to be at, with or without kids. My husband loves to try out beers, my one year old likes to play and I love Chardonnay. This place had it all! Service and food was great too.

What a wonderful idea to have all drinks on tap. You pay per ounce which makes it easy to taste new drinks without commitment. The food is delicious too. Definitely recommend the fish and chips. The service was first class. This is my new place to go!

I liked it so much I went two nights in a row! I was visiting from Katy, TX to visit my sister and absolutely loved the place. Great concept to charge by the ounce so you can try different drinks. The food was really good too!! The staff was amazingly friendly and will definitely go back when I am back in Austin.

Nice spot with a playground and outdoor seating. Pour your own beer concept with a unique variety of drafts. Staff was courteous and helped resolve a mistake we made with our order. Some gluten free options available

I’m amazed by my Oz Rap House experience. Incredible food: try the fried cauliflower and jalapeno, and anything steak related (the protein bowl is great).

Well sized indoor area, two different outdoor patios. My dog had a blast watching the kids play in the on site jungle gym.

All of this and I havent spoke about the main premise of the spot: pour your own beer, wine and, cocktails! The kaizen beer and the old fashioned cocktail were both great.

Stopped in for a quick bite for the first time while I waited for a doctor’s appointment nearby. So glad I did as I was greeted by the owner – Sean – and he was thoughtful to ask me what kind of beer I drank and he offered me a complimentary beer on the house. I’m not a beer drinker but I appreciated the gesture. I ordered Chicken Tortilla Soup and it hit the spot along with the crisp, cold iced tea. This place is a beer drinker’s playground with tasty food for good measure! Great vibe, ambience, customer service and food! Thank you, Oz. Tap House, Ashlynn and Sean!!

Today was my first day in there. From beginning till the end it was amazing. The food was excellent and we did not even wait long for it. The host that took my order McKayla was nice and welcoming. The server Regan that brought our food was so nice and even kept checking in on us. Very pleasant experience. The manager Victoria was even so sweet and friendly to speak with. I will definitely be going back. Thank you for the great time and experience we will be back very soon!

Great concept. You will get a card similar to a debit card, but for you to taste any beers of your choice. You use the card on each slot, and when you are done, they will charge what you consumed. The tacos of my choice were ahi tuna. Amazing service and family atmosphere. This place is definitely in our list of favorite places. The tables are large enough for large gatherings. Highly recommended.

Super cool atmosphere and concept! Friendly assistance and quick service, especially for a Friday night! Food was very good. Loved being able to try and pour the amount of drink we wanted. Not beer drinkers so very nice to have a decent amount of cocktails and wine. Highly recommend to try! Very kid friendly as well.

While visiting a family member in Austin, Texas, we found this super cool taproom. Service was fantastic! COLE, ALEX, SARAH and JORDAN were so helpful and friendly that it made the experience even better! The food was amazing! It is so family friendly and to be able to get a 1 ounce taste of anything you want is so fun. They give you a key card connected to your credit card so you can grab a drink when you want it. There’s also an ounce limit on the card, so they can keep people safe. The taps will not work if you’ve had too much, but when the whole table is connected to one card you have to ask for help with the limit issue. I took pictures because it is just so cool inside. Whoever designed and decorated, is insanely creative and artistic! (I’m guessing Cole’s mom?)

If you’re an Austenite or plan on visiting Austin don’t skip this place. I’ll just start with what’s important to any restaurant- service. This is a self-service place. Don’t confuse this with no service. It has some great people working at Oz. Since they have a self-serve beer and wine tap you will have some options. The people here will help, after that you won’t want to stop going to the taps.

So here is how it works. You order at the counter your food and beverage. If you choose beer and/or wine you get a card. When you go to the tap you insert your card and fill’er up. There are options of a sampler, mug, or glass. Once you made your choice get your beer (or wine) on. Awesome!!

Let me say this. Food is great. Local owners (no corporate people running this place). Great atmosphere and beautiful location. Let the pictures speak for themselves. Don’t bypass this place if you have time to eat and drink.

My husband and I are new to the neighborhood but the draw of pouring our own drinks and delicious menu made this a must try for us and it did not disappoint! We started with the Charcuterie Pretzel that was amazing!!! The fluffy salty pretzel was the perfect pairing with the selection of cheeses and meats and fruit topped off with beer cheese queso and ground mustard. I can not recommend this more! We also shared the steak salad and onion rings that were both delicious! After we ate we took our drinks out to the grass to enjoy the sunset. This place was the perfect combination of fun environment, delicious food, variety of drinks and great outdoor space to enjoy the weather or watch your kiddos play on the jungle gym. I can’t wait to go back because there are so many more great food options to try!

Seriously OMG I would drive back to Austin just for this place. The burgers were GREAT! The beer choices… we plowed thru 32 oz before we even knew it and I think about 20 of those ounces were 1 ounce pours just tasting what was their LoL but the best part… the owners. They were on the floor working, busing tables, cleaning glasses, and interacting with everyone. This is the way to run a business! The outside patio was really nice. We got there between 9/930 on Friday night, they were busy but there was no wait for anything. If this place was back home, it would absolutely be our weekly hangout!

Man. This place is fantastic. The food is really good. Burgers are great and salads are really good too. We come here as much for the food as we do the drinks. Beer selection is awesome and my wife loves the rose they have on tap.

Now for the twist: our kids (4 and 7 years old) absolutely love coming here. They claim it’s the best burger they’ve ever had and love the playground, shuffleboard, and foosball table.
Finally, to quote my wife “What I like most about Oz is my kids can entertain themselves for hours and I can finally relax. The food is fantastic and the drinks are amazing.”

We’ve taken other families here and also friends without kids. The feedback is the same regardless of age or family status: everyone loves this place.
We’ve been here lots of times and gotten to know the owners who go above and beyond to make sure everything is top notch. We’ll be back! If you haven’t checked this place out, you won’t be disappointed!

This is a favorite restaurant of mine!! I just moved to Austin and the first meal I ate was from Oz, since they are conveniently located right near my apartment. I am obsessed with their BBQ chicken salad. One of the guys there is super nice, always strikes up conversation with my boyfriend and even gave him a free beer after a minor inconvenience.

Just like I enjoy topping off my soda, after a meal, at the soda fountain….the OZ is the same concept BUT with beer replacing the Pop! Great food…..great choice of beers…..I love it!
I especially loved the blueberry icecream sandwich….which I totally recommend!

Saw this place on Instagram and decided to check it out. The staff was extremely helpful with choosing/pouring beers! We ordered the pretzel charcuterie appetizer and absolutely loved it. Great atmosphere! We will definitely be back!

Please Please Please come check this place out. It is a gem for the Four Points area.

We recently came in on a Sunday around lunch time after seeing that it was finally opened. We live and work minutes away so it was great to find a new cool spot to try.

Right when we walked in, we were given a full tour of how the self pouring (did I mention that it is SELF POURING) taps work. They had a huge variety from wine to beer to kambucha. Whether you want your own flight to a sample of 20 beers, this is your place.

Along with all the drink choices, they have a great food menu. In my time visiting Austin restaurants, I have never found a great small pretzel. That all changed when I came to Oz. I can definitely say it is the best small pretzel in the county. I will definitely be back here more then enough times in the future.

This place is great! A wall of self-pour local craft beers, and wine and sake on tap; pour a taster or full pint…whatever you want!. Great food selection and quality – try the pretzel charcuterie board. Nice staff and owner. Patio seating available.

Can order food from kiosk using your designated “check card” given on each visit or at counter. When the card is inserted into any slot, your current balance due is shown so you can keep track of spending. Everything is pretty much self-service with the exceptions of food delivered to table and clearing empty plates and glassware…15% gratuity is auto added to tab so just deal with it…or don’t.

Tips: Joint is super family friendly so…

I am a big fan of this place for two reasons:
1) the novelty of being able to pour my own beer and make whatever kind of flight I want
2) they have a playscape for the kidlets.
The food I tried was pretty good too. I didn’t love that that added 15% tip. It seemed a little steep when you do most everything yourself, but it’s not a big enough of a deal-breaker for me to deduct a star. I can’t wait to go back.

Great team working here, talked to the owners and really stoked to have such an awesome beer garden here.

Very easy to use innovative system and I love pouring my own beer.
Many local beer options and it made me realize I was missing the ability to control not only my choice of beer but the amount as well. This is fun!

Once you check in, you get a card preloaded with 32 OZ on it and then you own the beer situation which is awesome!
