You’ll be learning how to plant and care for your own Bonsai Tree as you sip on the best beer and enjoy the best lake view in Texas!

Bonsai Bar is a workshop/event series by Bonsai Bar where beginners can come to breweries (in this case Oasis Texas Brewing) and learn the fundamentals of bonsai tree cultivation, styling, and care. Participants pot, prune, and design their own bonsai tree—with guidance from knowledgeable instructors.

You’ll get ~2 hours of hands-on instruction: choosing your tree & pot, pruning, styling, wiring, learning bonsai care basics. There is also a “Beginner Tree Guarantee” (if properly cared for) so you can get a replacement if your tree doesn’t survive.

Arrival Advice: They ask that attendees arrive about 15 minutes early to get settled, pick your tree & pot, order food/drinks, etc.
