Modern Taiwanese cuisine is influenced by Taiwan’s freedom and openness, giving chefs free rein to be creative.
In this class with Chef Demeatrie, you’ll learn to make some of Taiwan’s more traditional dishes, including: Hujiao Bing, or Black Pepper Pork Buns; Scallion Pancakes; Barbecue Pork and Rice Bowl, and for dessert, Fried Sweet Potato Balls- crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside!
