A Fresh Spin on a French Favorite: Hands-On Class with Chef Jenna Rasmussen
Classics are meant to be honored, but sometimes elevating them is fun too! In this case, you’ll be deconstructing the classic Tuna Nicoise salad.
You’ll work in the kitchen with Chef Jenna to sear tuna steaks and serving them with beautiful fresh green beans and soft boiled eggs.
Alongside that will be a fantastic warm potato and olive salad. All seasoned and dressed to still showcase the classic, but in a new light.
You’ll also be taking the classic cherry clafoutis and putting on a spin on it with juicy raspberries and chocolate shavings.
The cost for this hands-on class is $79 per person.
