I’ve never had a bad massage here. I have the monthly membership and I love it. All of the therapists are knowledgeable and professional. Their work is SO good. I’ve had Laura, Morgan, and Jani and they’re all excellent, but I really don’t think you can go wrong with any of them. Great job, ladies! Keep up the good work.

You need to book Libby if you are looking for an experienced esthetician with a soft touch. By far the best facial I have received!

The crew that runs this location are doing a fantastic job. From scheduling to follow up to the massage and out, they’ve got you taken care of. The masseuses are fantastic, each with their own style and method. If you don’t connect on one, make sure you give another a try!

Just had a facial with Sheridan and it was amazing! She was really helpful suggesting products that would help my skin and took her time to make sure the facial was relaxing. I will definitely be booking with her again!

I had a great experience at this location, the environment was clean and inviting and the staff was very friendly. The massage therapist who worked on me was incredible at understanding my needs and I felt amazing afterwards. I will definitely be returning.

I first went to Hand and Stone after I was in a car accident and my doctor recommended a massage. I was worried it would just be too much with my injury, but my masseuse was perfect and very gentle. I felt so much better! Later I went back with my boyfriend for the hot stone couple’s massage and we both loved it. The hot stones feel so good, I won’t get another massage without them! Highly recommend.

Now that I have left Austin, I can leave a review – because I didn’t want to let the secret out about Michelle. She is the best in the world, magic hands, super deep tissue – which was awesome when I was racing a lot. Michelle is one in a million, and I have treated myself to many therapist over the years. I can say this now that I have left, but there really should be two tiers of pricing, I would have easily paid over $100 per massage even with my membership for Michelle, definitely a different level of massage. There is Junior, experienced, expert level, and ludicrous level -Michelle is the level above that. Thank you Michelle!!!

I have had an excellent experience with Hand & Stone every time! Dylan is exceptional, she is a Deep Tissue expert! She really cares about addressing your pain points and goes the extra mile to give you the relief you need.

Very friendly receptionist who was very welcoming and informative. The therapist was very efficient and worked her major on my muscles. She was also,very accommodating to my needs and requests. She didn’t offer idle chit chat which allowed me to completely relax and almost fall asleep. I asked for medium intensity for my Swedish massage and was glad I did.

Awesome! Simply put: it is exactly what you’ve been hoping for. Of course, your experience might vary based on CMT, but trust me it is worth cycling through a few to find the right one. Keith and Tiffany are fantastic ambassadors of the trade and will go to great lengths to make sure you’re happy.

Since moving to the Bee Cave/Lakeway area of Central Texas in 2017, I’ve been discovering new places like Hand & Stone. Here I enjoyed a thorough facial and an insightful report on the status of my skin. By way of background, I’ve been having professional facials regularly for some 20 years. That is because my early years included way too much sun bathing; skin damage resulted. I try to have a good cleansing facial at least once quarterly, and I was so happy to find Hand & Stone. I’ll definitely return. Thanks to Anyssa!
