Foursquare Builders designed and built our dream house about 4 years ago and it is still as beautiful today as the day they finished it. The quality of their work is outstanding and they are a pleasure to work with. Wes Wigginton, the owner even helped us find a 3 acre lot with a breathtaking view of a canyon. Proof is in the product. Foursquare Builders constructed an exceptional custom residence in the Austin, TX area for our family. Construction was completed in 2017 and execution was done safely, on schedule and on budget. People at Foursquare were a pleasure to work with and thoughtfully used the full depth of knowledge and considerable experience to get things right.

We were impressed with the attention to detail and quality of communications (content and frequency) throughout the process. This approach, while important from an owner’s perspective, drove good collaboration with others involved in the project (e.g. architects, structural engineers, and various trades / vendors) and was a clear factor in the final quality.

Final points: 1) If we were to build another home like this, no question in our minds that we would use Foursquare, and 2) Would gladly give a +6-out-of-5 star rating. Thank you Foursquare!

I had the pleasure to work with Foursquare Builders to build out my custom condo at the Seaholm in Austin and I could not be more pleased. Wes and my project manager Matt, along with their staff did an amazing job and were able to build out my vision. Anything I threw at them was never to much to handle and they were always up for the challenge. Ultimately, the end product was flawless and landed us on the cover of Austin Home Magazine. Wes and his team are committed to the project from the very start, and do a great job of assessing, planning, and advising along the way throughout the pre-construction process. Foursquare Builders was the general contractor on the remodel and addition project for my house. The idea was to add a contemporary glass and brick addition to a 1939 southern style cottage. From the beginning Foursqaure got it; the vision, the planning & the execution. Wes Wiggington & Matt Carswell, working with Brian Dillard Archetecture built a beautiful, unique house that I’m so proud to live in. Blending the old and the new was challenging but Foursquare surpassed expectations in creating a seamless integrstion of the two elements. It’s what makes the house work. Foursquare saw the project conceptually then made it happen with exceptional craft and religious attention to detail. The house was selected to be on the 2014 AIA Home Tour. I would always recommend Foursquare Builders.

Foursquare built my new contemporary home near Austin Texas. They did an excellent job on quality and the cost was fair and competitive. Communication with client and architect was outstanding. We were living three hours away during construction but Foursquare was trustworthy and they delivered with appropriate input from us.

Amazing! We were first time home builders with two young kids and full work schedules looking to build a multigenerational home. Wes and his team walked us through the entire process from selecting land, home and landscape design, through building. Chris (architect), Matt (exterior foreman) and Josh (interiors foreman) were smart, practical and capable of thinking outside the box. Their skills and dedication to detail kept us on time and on budget. We learned a lot and made some wonderful friends in the process. If we had to do it again, we wouldn’t change a thing.

Foursquare Builders have been by our side the from conception through execution of our house project. Their experienced team have provided great insight into the practicalities of using the spaces and how a family can grow into the house. We have found their in house design team to be creative yet the designs they were functional. Having the design team being part of the build process meant they were ready to make small changes with no delays to the build schedule. Their attention to detail and level of execution is the best we have seen and their willingness to work closely with the home owners to give them what they want is unparalleled.

Let me start with the important thing; my wife and I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking at building a new house or renovating an existing home, to work with Foursquare Builders. If you want a team of passionate and extremely personable professionals to work with – these guys are it. Yes, they are that good at what they do. I met Wes and Eric at an Austin Tour of Homes and it immediately became clear to me that they were something more than “just” a design and construction company. Their very friendly and sincere ways immediately makes you very comfortable with them, and the often daunting prospect of building a new home. My wife and I signed a contract with Foursquare Builders to design, plan and build our current home in 2010. From the beginning it became obvious that working directly with the design and build team as one unit, provided immense benefits. We never ran into problems with re-designs or change orders as we were able to address everything in the design meetings. This was a huge benefit. Eric Brown is a great architect with a keen eye for details and Wes always made sure that things stayed on track and on budget. The build itself was overseen by Matt who is by far the best on site construction manager I have ever worked with. Having Matt on site to constantly move things forward, as well as making sure every detail was paid attention to, was key in making the whole experience completely stress free. After the completion of the house, Wes and his team never made you feel “abandoned”. Any question and request for help is only an email or a phone call away. We have now lived in our house for 3 years and we love it. Do not hesitate to work with Foursquare Builders for any custom home build, design or remodeling project you many have.

Let me start by saying the core of Foursquare Builders is the owner, Wes Wigginton.
I’ve known Wes personally for over 20 years. When it came time to build, I thought of him because I know the kind of person he is.
Wes always did the right thing, no matter how hard it became. His integrity was always shining through.
During the build, he innovation was amazing. He would never say yes to everything. He would say NO to all but the most critical features. And I am grateful for that.
Next time we do a project, Wes will be on our short list.
