Every Wednesday evening, Café Blue in Bee Cave transforms into a midweek haven with its popular Wine & Prime Wednesday special.

Guests can enjoy half-priced wine by the glass and bottle from a curated selection, making it a perfect time to unwind or elevate a casual outing.

Starting at 5 p.m., the featured entrée steals the show: a jerk-rubbed, slow-roasted prime rib topped with grilled Gulf shrimp, served alongside a loaded baked potato and a crisp side salad.

Half priced wine by the glass or bottle all day.
