Laura Savage-Rains has been with Con’ Olio for almost 10 years and is a certified Olive Oil Sensory Expert. She received her certification from the UC Davis Olive Center in Davis, CA.

She is a former professor and an award-winning author of two books in addition to having a passion for olive oil and balsamic vinegar and their health benefits. She is a native Texan who has traveled to more than 20 countries and has lived and taught in Romania. She and her husband, Mark, have lived in Lakeway for about 17 years.
