What really tastes better, food grilled on a Gas Grill or a Charcoal Grill?

You’ll find out, in our second Dueling Grills workshop! Chef Jerry Pizzitola will teach you to make two delicious grilled beef dishes- Grilled Beef Skirt Steak, and The Perfect Hamburger, as well as a side dish.

One dish will be cooked on the Napoleon gas grill, one on our Big Green Egg, then you’ll be able to decide for yourself which grill really produces the best, beefiest flavor.

You’ll get a tasting portion of each dish.

The cost for this fun one-hour demonstration class is $25 per person.
