Our trip with Bass Tours ATX was nothing short of amazing, thanks to our incredible guide, Wyatt Rae. Despite the windy conditions and less-than-ideal weather, Wyatt’s deep knowledge of the lake and undeniable passion for fishing made all the difference.

One of the most memorable moments of the trip was watching Wyatt patiently coach my son through the process of out-fishing a big female bass guarding her bed. For 15 minutes, Wyatt guided him step by step, demonstrating his dedication and expertise. The result? An absolutely stunning 8.77lb bass!

This was an amazing fishing trip. Wyatt put us on big bass. My advise to everyone is to do what Wyatt says and you will catch big fish. All of Wyatt’s gear is top notch, his Skeeter is very comfortable for 2-3 people plus him to fish on. My daughter caught the biggest bass. She listened to everything Wyatt said and caught more fish. He knew exactly where to fish. His sonar technology is killer. It shows you the fish . Both Hut and Ash and I were blown away on how this world is so small. Wyatt is the cousin and nephew of a very close baseball and football family Ganno/AZz in Cedar Park, wow we were like huh. We know them!!!!!!!’ I highly recommend Captain Wyatt, we will book again.

Captain Wyatt and I went out earlier this week for what was truly one of the most memorable fishing trips I’ve had. He asked what type of fishing I wanted to do and though I rarely keep fish, I told him I wanted to get some use out of my new vac seal. The cleanliness of the boat, the knowledge of the lake, the extremely technical electronics and so much more made for an incredible trip.

We caught crappie, white bass, tons of largemouth, a few catfish and even this rare Lake Travis monster striped bass. Obviously got plenty of use out of my new vacuum sealer too!

Thanks again Captain Wyatt! 10/10 will be hiring him again

Wyatt put us on some Guadalupe bass which was a first species for us after moving to TX from TN. He is Laid back and takes cares of snags along the way. Took my dad and I out and we had a blast!

First time doing a fresh water fishing tour. 10/10 experience. Love the thrill of large mouth bass fishing, but never had much success of doing it on my own. If you’re wanting to catch fish on Lake Travis I highly recommend contacting Wyatt as your guide!

He has an intimate knowledge of the lake including some key “honey holes” that helped land some really nice fish. My son and I have been fishing on Lake Travis for several years with minimal success. Wyatt seriously had us catching fish less than 5 minutes after the first cast. He knows the lures that have proven success based on the weather and is always ready to provide guidance & help as needed.

Had a great time fishing with Wyatt! He took us out to his favorite spots on Lake Decker and everyone on the trip caught multiple bass. He set up all of the rods for us, and when we caught a fish, he would help pull them in the boat, remove the hook, and hand it off for a photo op before releasing again. All you need to do is show up with a smile and a fishing license and Wyatt will take care of everything else.
