Audie with Austin Aquatic Services has been my one call now for the better part of a year. He and his crew show up on time and work diligently to get the project done. AAS has completely transformed my dock from replacing decking, correcting electrical issues and installing a new roof aside from many odds and ends that arise with changing water levels. I highly recommend Austin Aquatic Services if you are in Lake Travis or surrounding areas!

Audie and his team have been doing an absolutely amazing job maintaining and making repairs to my dock over the last couple years (including some rather challenging repairs). His service over last two seasons has been especially impressive given how busy they’ve been with the water level in Lake Travis coming down so much, but everything is situated perfect and in tip top shape each time I go out there. I recommend them very highly.

Audie has saved my bacon on several occasions. When you call him he comes unlike many of the other dock companies on Lake Travis.His workers are courteous and explain what they need to do. They also don’t waste time which saves you money. You can also judge a company by the equipment they use. He has spent a lot of money on his boat ,welding equipment ,diving equipment, and safety equipment. After using several other services I have found somebody I can trust.

After being left high and dry from another local dock maintenance and repair company (that I was under weekly maintenance with) Austin Aquatics saved us in a major crisis. Our prior service provider disengaged two smaller anchors and incorrectly installed 2 new larger anchors (they sent out inexperienced techs) – our dock broke loose from both of the new anchors right before the last freeze (12/22). Audie and his crew immediately came out during a holiday weekend to properly secure my dock. They correctly positioned and connected the anchors. Audie also found several other poorly installed items that was affecting my dock. Audie, the owner, is personally engaged and has a very knowledgeable and dedicated crew. Audie is a diver, underwater welder and is totally hands on. Austin Aquatics is reliable, trust worthy and provides an excellent level of service. I now use Austin Aquatics as our service provider and I highly recommend them!

Audie has done an amazing job making both minor and major repairs to my dock. I went from always been stressed about it to never having to worry about a thing after he and his team finished repairing and now maintaining it. Every time I come out to the lake it is sitting perfectly positioned on the water with everything in top condition. His staff are very qualified welders and specialists in dock work. He’s very fair, communicates well and does what he says when he says it. I have a lot of trust in him doing things right and highly recommend.

Audie, Josh, and the rest of the Austin Aquatic Team were absolutely awesome to work with. We needed a custom staircase built and installed while the lake levels were down and these guys absolutely pulled it off.

From my very first call with Audie, he listened to what we wanted, offered great advice on things we could do, and never once wavered in his confidence of being able to give my family exactly what we were hoping for. Once we got started, Josh was great to have onsite as he’s a top-notch craftsmen whose welding skills and experience are beyond impressive. Their combined attention to detail and desire to make sure all of the little things were done correctly made for an end-product that we couldn’t be more pleased with.

I highly recommend Austin Aquatic Services for those in need of a quality, reputable lake-services partner. These guys do what they say they’re going to do, when they say they’re going to do it, and were an absolute pleasure to get to know personally.

Audie did a great job replacing my slide anchor system on my dock with new winches, new cables, repositioned my anchors, and mounted be solidly to shore with new land anchors. He was upfront and honest throughout the process about what he was doing and why he was doing it. He’s a great resource for the Austin dock community. He’s passionate about what he’s doing and you can see that he enjoys it.

He did some repairs and extensive mussels cleanup of my entire dock—- he did a superb job, showed up exactly when he said, very efficient , I will definitely use him again. My neighbor also used him on his dock , did a great job there also. I highly recommend w zero reservations —- cost seemed fair but I did not do cost comparison as I was not interested in cheapest job, but more the quality and dependability.

We used Audie for three jobs: removing zebra mussels, setting new wake zone buoys ,and converting our dock from the fixed four point mooring system., which required readjustment, to the two cable self adjusting system. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work. His pricing is transparent. He is able to dive which in my experience really helped improve the outcome. Now they have proper anchors and are staying in place. We will use Audie for anything else in the future.
