Massage:
Be soothed, nurtured and balanced by the hands of our intuitive therapists. Each massage includes essential oils blended with Chinese Herbs created to encourage the free flow of qi and blood, dispel stagnation and relieve pain.

Acupuncture:
An acupuncture treatment involves gently inserting thin, tiny needles into different areas of the body. This alleviates pain and treats various physical and emotional conditions.

Yoga Classes:
Over 35 classes per week with 6 different styles of Yoga to choose from. Classes focus on going inward restoring the connection to the body while bringing forth relaxation and rejuvenation.

Tea Bar:
Catch up with a friend, read a book or simply relax in our beautiful tea bar while enjoying a cozy cup of tea. Choose among 31 organic loose-leaf teas from around the world, matcha, kombucha on tap, and specialty drinks like golden milk, and smoothies.

I am new to Yoga. I took advantage of the two week unlimited Yoga for $25. My background is that I have many injuries to my body (shoulders, elbow, hip, knees, lower back, neck, etc) from my past military service. I have had surgeries to both shoulders and cervical spine, and want to avoid recommended lumbar surgery for multiple herniated disc’s and pinched nerves found in my latest MRI. Following my very first ‘gentle” Yoga class, I understood why my multiple doctors over the years all have recommended Yoga. It was Awesome! The studio and ambiance at Serasana Bee Cave is special – calm and inviting, not busy and loud as I am aware some fitness-club types are. The staff are warm and welcoming and ALL seven instructors I have had in the past three weeks are AMAZING! My body’s old aches and pains feel so much better, it’s really incredible, transformatinal even! I knew after the first session that this studio was the place and the Serasana staff were the people for me to do further work on myself, both physically and emotionally. I signed up for the month-to-month unlimited Yoga for only $80 monthly. I have had excellent Physical Therapy in the past and each ‘gentle’ Yoga session is worth more therapeutically than four PT sessions put together! Serasana offers Yoga (Gentle, Hatha, Power, Restorative, Slow Flow and Yin) seven days a week from 8am to 7:30pm. Serasana also offers massage therapy and acupuncture and are conveniently located off Hwy 71 west of Bee Cave (4 minutes from my subdivision where a lot of students are from – in Sweetwater). You will NOT regret trying the 2 week unlimited Yoga for $25 – give yourself that gift!
I also can speak to the massage therapy offered. My masseuse was “Amanda” and she was incredible! I signed up for a 50 minute focus massage once a month, for six months for $65 a session – Amanda’s experience and techniques are worth much, much more!

I had the BEST massage tonight! The atmosphere at Serasana is so relaxing and inviting. Everyone is so friendly. My masseuse, Delashon, did a wonderful job of working on my problem areas, not to mention, he was EXTREMELY knowledgeable. It made me feel at ease knowing someone was working on me with that level of expertise. I highly recommend him to anyone, especially if you have an area on your body that is giving you issues. Their membership program is affordable and totally worth it. I walked away from one session feeling better.

This is a beautiful spa with lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. My massage therapist was experienced and I left completely relaxed. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to several of their yoga classes, they are always great, and the instructors are very kind and welcoming ‍♀️ the facility is nice, and has a calming energy. Their tea bar has some excellent selections of yummy and healing teas too

LOVE everything about the new Serasana location in Bee Cave, so glad one opened up out here. Space is beautiful, tranquil and the yoga is great. Super excited about all of the other services too and the tea bar selection is huge. Definitely recommend checking this space out!
