Holy s***, these guys are the coolest captains on the lake. We have been coming to austin in Labor Day for years, but never with ATX boat rentals. We surfed, tubed, enjoyed ourselves more than any other time we’ve done this. Shout out captain storm, best captain we’ve ever had. Definitely recommend booking

It was my first time down in Austin, and couldn’t have had a better experience. Jacob was our driver, and a great host. I highly recommend whenever you are in the Austin, TX area and looking for boat rentals!

Had a blast on a beautiful Sunday morning. Jacob took us to great waters to surf on lake Austin. My moms friend was in town from California and her last day here was great! We stopped and got food at ski shores and got to anchor down by 360 bridge for the last hour. Thank you ATX Boat Rentals for a wonderful time!

The boat was beautiful and our captain Jacob was super chill and a great driver. Honestly had the time of my life surfing for 6 hours with my groomsmen. Jacob was able to join in on conversations and fun and would do this again in a heartbeat

Had a great time on Lake Travis. The boat was just like the pictures, right on time, well equipped for us. Our captain Spencer taught us how to wake surf and was very patient with our group of beginners. He texted us beforehand and after when we left things on the boat. Would use this service again!

Awesome experience! Beautiful boat and great captain. Jacob was a great captain and helped get nearly everyone up on wake surfboard for their first time. We took the boat out on Lake Austin and Jacob knew best spots to surf and tube. Next time we will rent on Lake Travis and ask for Jacob again!!

Our rental experience was great! The boat showed up on time. It was clean, ran perfectly and was well maintained. Captain Spencer was calm, cool and relaxed. He was always alert, helpful and responsible. Our safety was never in question. His knowledge of the lake is unmatched. 5-stars!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I had an incredible time on the Malibu again and I had to share! Our captain Spencer made sure we were taken care of, safe and having fun. The boat was clean, there was a cooler and koozies provided too. Spencer taught us all to surf and we had the best time. I always rent from Jacob and ask for Spencer!

TX Boat Rentals is awesome! Had a great experience with the captain, Jack. And have other rentals with this company and Jacob is great too! They are professional, know how to have fun, and know the best spots to go on the lake. Communication was easy and smooth! Would highly recommend anybody going through Austin to try these guys out!

Jacob was great! Had the best time! The boat was amazing and he was awesome at teaching everyone in our group to wake surf and was awesome at driving us with the tube! Definitely will rent with him again every time we come back to Austin.

BEST captains on Lake Travis! We were skeptical on which boat rental company to choose because there are so many in austin, but I can confidently say that we made the right decision. We had Spencer as our captain and he was so cool and so helpful through our the entire trip getting us drinks and floatys whenever we needed. These guys have clearly got it figured out, and we will definitely be coming back

Jacob was an excellent captain! He was very knowledgeable on how to operate the boat as well as boat safety. He also helped teach my friends & I to surf! I highly recommend renting from him, his boat was very clean & even had the cutest koozies on deck for us to use! He also provided a cooler on deck for us to use as well! Thank you so much Jacob!! We went out with Jacob for a four hour session on his wakeboard boat with 12 guys, and had a blast! He was very patient in letting us all wake surf and wakeboard. His boat was also top notch, creating a great wake surf wave. Would recommend to anyone looking to do water sports in Lake Travis!

We rented 3 days in a row with a group of college kids and a few adults. We were fortunate enough to have Jake as our captain all 3 days. The entire experience was wonderful. He accommodated the entire group so each of us had the opportunity to tube, wakeboard, and surf. Jake was very patient and helpful with each of us as we learned a new sport. I would highly recommend ATX boat rentals and will definitely use them again if we make it back to lake Travis

We had an amazing day on Lake Travis with Jacob as our captain. Hadn’t been wakeboarding in a few years so rented a 4 hr trip on the 2020 Malibu. He was super flexible with us, shared some fun stories, and taught us all how to wake surf! We had a blast. Would definitely recommend, would definitely do this again.

Captain Spencer was amazing and we had an awesome time surfing and hanging out at devils cove. The air nautique throws a great wave and Spencer was super helpful with tips and instructions for our crew. Will definitely rent from them again!

We had friends come into town who really wanted the Lake Austin experience. ATX Boat Rentals came through for us! It was super easy to book the Malibu online. The boat was in pristine condition, really beautiful. Our captain, Jordan, was friendly, knowledgeable and chill. We got to surf, wakeboard and even tube a little . Being boat people ourselves, it was so nice to just hop off the boat and not have to worry about wiping it down or pulling it out of the lake. Great day – I’m sure we’ll be using ATX Boat Rentals again!

It’s been two days since my lake day with ATX Boat Rentals and I AM STILL RIDING MY WAKESURF ADRENALINE! Jacob and Captain John were phenomenal, these guys truly are so accommodating! Jacob was there when we arrived to ensure we were all set to board this pristine Nautique. Captain John was super friendly, knowledgeable, and a great coach! We had a group of all different surf skill levels – I’m a beginner and received great feedback from Captain John. We cruised, we surfed, we swam, we surfed some more. They went above and beyond to make our experience truly wonderful. Thank you ATX Boat Rentals, we had the BEST time!

Great captain and boat. Had a fun time with a big group. The captain knew the lake very well and it was a great experience. They were also able to make the trip happen on a holiday at the last minute. Would definitely book a boat trip with them again.

Our Captain, Jacob Williams, has made all of our boat outings on Lake Travis and Lake Austin awesome!! He is always punctual, professional and polite and ROCKS as a wakeboard instructor!! In my opinion there is no better place to make memories with family and friends!!!

Set up a wakeboard boat rental with these guys a few weeks back and had a blast. Our captain Jacob felt more like one of our guests and less of a company employee. The group loved the boat, had a few drinks, and stopped to get some food. Overall great time and will be using ATX boat rentals again later this summer. 5/5
