The absolute BEST Caesar salad in the Lake Travis area! Service is polite. Parking is plentiful. Atmosphere is warm and cozy (and I don’t mean it’s small). Feels like a cafe you would find strolling the streets of Europe. Delightful addition to the Lakeway restaurant scene.

This place had a rough start 12 months or more ago but has turned it around completely. My go to place for old school Italian. The mussels are over the top great. Family owned which I love. Pastas and sauces are fabulous.

Was traveling down here in the Austin area and found this place. Host was great waiter was great atmosphere great and finally a very good wine selection. Two thumbs up.

How did I just recently discover this place!?! Seems like a hidden gem in Lakeway (one that apparently lots of people know about because it was PACKED when we came in on a Friday night). Love the romantic ambiance in the little restaurant. The food was amazing! Pasta and sauces seemed home made and was nothing but delicious. We splurged and did appetizers, main courses, desert, and wine. Everything was great! We especially loved how expansive the menu is (we love being able to try lots of different plates on future visits) and how many fresh fish dishes they had. The special lobster dishes were great the night we were there! By far, the best Italian food we have had in the area. You may just need to be a bit patient with the service. The servers that night were busting their butts working so hard, but they were clearly understaffed (like many restaurants in the area).

Overall, highly recommend. Excited to come back soon, maybe in time for happy hour to save a little money 🙂

We’ve been here twice and really enjoyed our meals. Last night We had bruschetta which was absolutely delish!!! I had Minestrone soup, also delish and my husband had Chicken Parmesan which he said was very good.
The chocolate mousse cake was excellent, I’ve had that twice, must try a different dessert next time.
Joseph, our server was prompt and very attentive, excellent!!!
Will definitely be recommending Verona’s to friends.

What a great addition to the Lakeway!!! Old world Italian charm decor (it looks likes its been there for 500 yrs, super friendly, super clean, attentive wait staff AND the food is fantastic! family owned and operated. The owner visits tables to inspect service and food quality. He is a super nice guy. We really enjoyed our dinner here! Great variety on the menu and the prices do not have the typical “Lakeway bump”, very reasonably priced… Highly recommend this place!
The bar is small but the dining room is so quaint and intimate that you really want to sit there anyway.
Appetizers, meals, desert ,wine list… It was all great!
