Ralph was awesome. I called him on a Monday and he said he would try to work me in the next week. He texted me on Wednesday and said he was going to do it that next day. My boat was in such bad shape from the zebra mussels that it wouldn’t plane. It took him 4.5 hours to clean the mussels off. Which was 1.5 times the time it should have taken and he didn’t charge me anything more than he quoted. I would highly recommend Ralph the “Mussel Man” any time. He’s very nice, very fair and very friendly. I’ll be calling him again when I have this zebra mussel problem stop me from enjoying the lake. Five stars Ralph
