I’ve been a customer for a few years since before they were in their new location. Dr. Meyer is one of the best vets that I have taken my dogs to. He’s very knowledgeable and takes a holistic approach rather than just prescribing pills to treat symptoms. I don’t think the prices here differ much from other quality vets in Austin or Westlake, of course other towns have different rates due to cost of living and other factors. The staff is always super friendly and my pets actually love going there since they feel welcome and know the staff.

I just have to say a few good words about LTAH. (they pressured me). First, their staff is terrific. They are friendly, caring, and know their stuff. Next, their new location has a traffic light in front. At their old location, you took your life in your hands to dash across a couple of lanes of 60mph traffic when your were trying to get your cat back before they closed. The traffic light alone is worth a star or two. Also, they are located across from the 7-11 which has both cheap gas prices and a burrito bar. Along with the traffic light, you an drop off the cat, shoot across FM620, gas up the buggy AND get a brealfast taco.

Oh…the docs are pretty cool also.

Always had good experiences. They made me aware of possible medical issue and then upon X Ray discovered heart failure with fluid build up that can be aided via medication giving us more years. Huge help. Nice new facility also.

I can’t say enough great things about the staff at LTAH. They do a wonderful at caring for our fur babies and our clients too. The facility is brand new and beautiful. They are always kind and compassionate when we go there. If you are looking for a great place to take your pets, look no further!

We feel that our pets are getting good care, and we really like the doctors. They have worked with us while trying to get Apoquel for our dog after a horrible experience with a local allergy specialist. They have gone out of their way to let us bring our dog in on short notice.

Four stars instead of five because the prices are higher than our previous vet in another state. I feel the care is good and the staff is great, but the prices can be a little hard to swallow while we work through significant allergy problems with our dog.

Overall, I would recommend LTAH because they seem to care about our animals.

Like most pet owners, my pets are family. Dr. Foster and the LTAH staff have been treating my cats for years. One of my cats became very ill a few months ago. Dr. Foster gave him exceptional care and compassion. My cat died a few weeks ago, but I take great comfort in knowing we did everything we could for him. You cannot ask for a better veterinary team.

As soon as I adopted my baby girl Harlow I took her here as a recommendation from my boyfriend at the time’s family. We love both doctors, but my baby responds particularly well to Dr. Foster! She really loves him… I think it’s because she secretly knows he’s a diehard Aggie football fan 😉 😉

She’s always excited to go to the vet and always has a wonderful experience here. The girls at the front are super nice and patient as well (Harlow doesn’t understand standing on the scale very well). Even after moving all the way to the Wells Branch area, we make the 30 minute drive to LTAH for our regular checkups and other services! I know I can trust the doctors to take good care of my baby and I’ll be bringing future dogs of mine here as well!
