**NOTE: The Green Center will NOT be open in April in lieu of the storm drop-off event.

This event is open to all City of Lago Vista utility customers (water/sewer) with proper credentials:
1) UTILITY BILL OR ID, and
2) STORM BRUSH PASS AND LIABILITY WAIVER
Each vehicle or trailer carrying debris must be certified to have come from the residence of an eligible City of Lago Vista utility customer and MUST CARRY AND HAND TO SITE STAFF a completed STORM BRUSH PASS AND LIABILITY WAIVER signed by the resident prior to gaining entrance to the site. It is necessary to present and submit a completed form for EACH LOAD – even if it comes from the same residence.
This form certifies that the eligible resident is “disposing of tree/shrub damage materials caused by the severe winter weather, as declared by the President of the United states, Major Disaster Declaration for the State of Texas (DR-4586-TX), to the City of Lago Vista’s designated brush drop-off location(s).”

ACCEPTED MATERIALS
THE SITE IS ABLE TO ACCEPT:
Brush
Tree branches
Tree trunks (cut down to a “manageable” size)
THE SITE IS NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT:
NO Debris that is not related to fallen trees caused by the storm
NO Grass or other small organic debris that requires bagging
NO Storm-damaged residential household or demolition debris
NO palm trees/leaves or bamboo
