Join Chef Rachel Zierzow for a hands-on cooking class!

Roll your own rainbow rolls with fresh vegetables, shiitake mushrooms, herbs, and homemade pickles, and practice plating and garnishing your sushi rolls for a beautiful presentation! Learn how to cook and season sushi rice with Con’ Olio vinegars.

Menu:
Perfectly seasoned sushi rice
Rainbow rolls with seasoned shiitake and ume radish pickles
Delectable dipping sauces – one spicy, one savory

All ingredients are gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free so everyone can enjoy!

Spanish Marcona Almonds and Olives will also be served. Water will be served but wine will be available for an additional fee. All sales of classes are final and are non refundable and cannot be used for future dates. No physical tickets will be mailed, instead a receipt will be emailed after you purchase your ticket, please bring this with you to the class.
