QUARTZ CRYSTAL BOWL SOUND BATH
More and more, people are discovering the amazing power of sound for healing, relaxation and spiritual development. I’ve been playing bowls since 2008, and I’ve found there are many reasons people come to my sessions. Some come to balance physical or emotional disharmony – some use bowls as an aid in meditation/spiritual practice or journeying – and many come for the absolute to-the-core relaxation of a bowl session. But no matter your personal purpose, a bowl session provides a feeling of deep relaxation and peace. The Singing Bowl Lady offers a sonic tapestry for you to weave your own unique experience. So come, relax into the edgeless energy of you … Be Bowled.
Singing Bowls entered Sandee’s life in 2001 and over the years she’s developed a powerful method of sound meditation. Her venues have included the United Nations Church Center, Yankee Stadium Legends Club, Austin City Limits/KLRU Studio 6A, 35 Denton Music Festival, Steeplechase Cancer Center, Rutgers University, as well as various regional Hospitals, Health, Yoga and Religious Centers. Sandee has two CDs – The Art of Balance; and The Portal.
Sandee plays regularly throughout the Austin & San Antonio area.
