This program is for all athletes looking to get STRONGER. Sessions focus on improvements in total body strength and power. Designed for athletes looking to learn and refine technique and maximize gains. Training occurs Mon-Thu from 5-6pm for 4 weeks. TRAINING IS LIMITED TO 12 ATHLETES ONLY!
