Whether it be a divorce, an illness, a death of a loved one, a betrayal in business (or even a pandemic), we all go through challenging times. It’s part of our human journey. We’re meant to honor and feel what happened but not to stay there or let it dial us down and not move forward. We are meant for growth and challenging times are a natural part of our human journey. We can learn to have circumstances and conditions in our lives and not let them have us. We can use them as opportunities to see the seeds of good and allow the situations to carry us forward in growth.
