SIMPLIFY 5-Week Cooking Class Series! Starts Tuesday April 9th. In five relaxed, fun-filled HANDS-ON classes, you’ll learn to prepare healthful, delicious food, while learning about basic cooking equipment and menu planning; knife skills; and how to steam, sauté, roast, slice, dice and chop. Class will meet EACH Tuesday for 5 weeks from 6 pm to 8 pm. $259 per person.
