New Orleans Gumbo Cooking Class this Wednesday, November 6th from 6 pm to 8 pm. Chef Mike Thompson, a N’Awlins native, will teach you to make the most delicious Gumbo you can imagine. Menu includes: Puff Pastry filled with Cajun Sausage and a Creole Mustard Cream Sauce, Traditional Cajun Gumbo over Rice, and for dessert, authentic New Orleans Pralines.
