For most of us, going upside down creates a lot of fear and brings up many questions. Not to mention, it just doesn’t come naturally! In this workshop we willwork together to demystify common poses (Forearm Stand/Pincha Mayurasana, Supported Headstand/Silamba Sirsasana, Handstand/Adho Mukha Vrksasana) and begin the exciting journey into finding YOUR strength and confidence from the inside out. After all, true strength starts in the mind. Make sure you come on an empty stomach, going upside down after a big lunch is not pleasant. If you have cork blocks, please bring them with you.
