Not only that, but as a port town, Genoa has managed to blend many different culinary cultures, due to the many goods and people passing through over the years. Chef Demeatrie will give you her tips and techniques to make the perfect Roasted Garlic and Basil Focaccia, as well as a delicious dinner of Spiced Pork Loin with Olives, Champagne Citrus, Spinach Pesto and Roasted Potatoes.
