Join Anne, Susan and Melinda for a 9 week series to power up your practice! Each 90 minute session will break down principles and poses for specific parts of the yoga sequence. ALL LEVELS. Come as you ARE. April 1st – May 27th, 2021
Week 1 – Power Principles
Week 2 – Tadasana
Week 3 – Chaturanga/Vinyasa
Week 4 – Sun Salutations
Week 5 – Standing and Balancing Poses
Week 6 – Backbending
Week 7 – Basics of Inversions and Arm Balances
Week 8 – Hip Opening to Savasana
Week 9 – Put it all together and find YOUR EDGE.
Each session is $25. The sessions may be purchased a la carte, or as a whole package. The first 3 sessions are required to to register for the additional 6 offerings. Purchase the entire 9 weeks ($200) and receive one free.
