10 Years, amazing customers, the most wonderful, hardworking team, 120 months, 521 weeks, 3653 days, 86,672 hours, 500,000 bottles of oil and vinegar, community giving, 4 brick & mortar shops, 350 classes and countless milestones…OH MY!
Stop by one of our locations and celebrate our 10th Birthday! We will have pies from Bola Pizza, spanish appetizers from Paellas, Tapas & More, wine by Serendipity Wine, in store specials, and our holiday Panettone Pop Up Shop!
Also available exclusively on this day we will release our Gravenstein Apple Balsamic Vinegar, Black Currant Balsamic Vinegar, Cilantro Onion Olive Oil and our Fused Smoked Dried Chaabani Pepper Olive Oil! We can’t wait to share these new flavors with you!
And last, we established the Jeff Conarko Grant for Innovation with the Austin Food & Wine Alliance in 2018. During the month of November we are so proud to be giving a portion of our sales back to this program which supports culinary innovation and contributes to the local community!

I guess the if I could sum up what 10 Years of Con’ Olio means to me, it is this.
I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to do what I love every single day in our beautiful city, along with the hardest working team in the business. I am inspired each and everyday by all the incredibly talented people I have met along this journey. And most importantly I just love our customers and I love talking about oil and vinegar to everyone I meet. Owning a small business is such hard work but oh so rewarding at the same time and I honestly wouldn’t change a thing. These have been the best 10 years of my life so far!
