Breathing Techniques – Thursdays at 10am
Breathing is the simplest act that we do automatically every day. If we learn how to manage breathing we can control our mind and mood. By breathing in a specific way for just a few minutes we can reduce anxiety, go to sleep easily, and feel recharged. Join experienced Kundalini yoga teacher Paz Bañados on Zoom to learn how to control your breathing.
