The Basics of Breadmaking with Chef Laurel Gressett this Saturday, May 1 from 10 am to 12:00 pm! Chef Laurel will teach you the basic techniques for making both a Brioche Loaf and Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls. Both of these are versatile doughs that can transform into other forms. She will also make a Compound Butter with Fresh Herbs and Homemade Strawberry Jam for you to sample along with the breads. We will be taking special precautions due to COVID-19.
