Prepare for the upcoming season with our VB Pre-Season Prep. Improve agility, enhance vertical jump, and work to reduce injury potential. Athletes will be assessed to focus training on maximal gains. Training will occur Monday-Thursday, 11am-12pm for 3 weeks. TRAINING IS LIMITED TO 12 ATHLETES ONLY!
