Join certified yoga instructor Adrian Langford for a gentle chair yoga class designed to strengthen and improve brain-body connections. Ideal for those with cognitive impairment, brain fog, ADHD, Parkinson’s, or anxiety. Props (blocks & straps) recommended.
Adrian specializes in Yoga for Brain & Nerve Health, Yoga Nidra, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). With 12+ years of experience, she teaches adults of all levels, including those with limited mobility. She is currently working on 300 YTT and is a Certified Yoga Instructor for Nerve Disorders.
