Fall 2022 Vista Farm Class Series
September: Saving Seeds
This class will focus on guiding the new seed collector through choosing what is good seed from your own garden to save for future plantings. You will learn what can be saved, what should be saved, and how to go about collecting and storing seed.
October: Here Comes Winter
This class will focus on getting ready for winter. We will go over planting garlic (the last crop you plant before winter), proper care of tools for storage, and what supplies you should have on hand to prepare for extreme weather.
Vista Brewing offers up beers on draft, local wines & ciders, picnic-style farm-to-table snacks, and open air live music.
