Every family has those certain traditional side dishes that MUST be on the table at a holiday meal.
This class will focus on some classics and put a new spin on them- maybe you’ll find a new family favorite!
Menu includes: Not Your Mother’s Green Bean Casserole (no canned soup in sight!); Orange Bourbon Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes; Stained Glass Jello; and Cranberry Mango Relish. And for good measure, Chef Heidi will throw in a dish you may want to add to your traditions- Cauliflower in Spinach and Bacon Custard!
