With such a varied pedigree, you know the food will be something special! Your menu includes: Saheena (Spinach Fritters, a favorite Divali treat) served with Chutney; Pelau (Rice and Pigeon Peas with Chicken and Vegetables); and Parsad, a decadent pudding-like dessert served with Tamarind Caramel.
