You’ll work in the kitchen with the chef to make two kinds of pasta with sauces.
Menu for this class includes: Bowties with Trapanese Pesto; and Butternut Squash Gnocchi with Gorgonzola Fondue, Mushrooms and Bacon.
The chef will also prepare a delicious homemade Strawberry and Mint Parfait for dessert. When the cooking is done, you’ll enjoy a family-style meal, and get all the recipes to take home with you.
The cost for this hands-on class is $69 per person.
