This class will explore the ins and outs of making ice cream using the basic ice cream churn technique as well as a modern technique using dry ice that gets you ice cream in about 5 minutes.
Out of ice cream cones? Chef Heidi has some great ideas for making cones at home. Of course, you’ll be sampling everything and getting the recipes!
