This special gathering replaces our traditional Winemaker Dinner–timed instead to embrace the magic of morning light and the pulse of the vineyard harvest through the holiday season!
August 3rd – Enjoy a seasonal, chef-curated menu inspired by the first press of the vintage, thoughtfully paired with limited-production estate wines. Between courses, Olivier will share insights into the 2025 harvest, winemaking philosophies, and what’s unfolding in the cellar this season.
