Harvest Table: A Winemaker Brunch

Join us for an intimate four-course brunch experience with Winemaker Olivier de Certaines, set against the backdrop of Harvest at Flat Creek Estate. This special gathering replaces our traditional Winemaker Dinner–timed instead to embrace the magic of morning light and the pulse of the vineyard harvest through the holiday season!

August 3rd – Enjoy a seasonal, chef-curated menu inspired by the first press of the vintage, thoughtfully paired with limited-production estate wines. Between courses, Olivier will share insights into the 2025 harvest, winemaking philosophies, and what’s unfolding in the cellar this season.
