Hands-On Pizza Making Class with Chef Daniele Panella!
In this class, you’ll learn to make the perfect Italian pizza crust for both thick and thin styles. We will then make several pizzas which may include a Margherita Pizza with Basil, Tomato and Fresh Mozzarella; a Tex-Italian Pizza with Sausage, Jalapenos, Red Pepper, Onion and Oaxaca Cheese; or Prosciutto with Gorgonzola; and we’ll make a tasty Nutella dessert pizza.
You’ll enjoy a family-style meal, and get all the recipes to take home with you. You’ll definitely be as stuffed as a calzone when this class is over!
Masks are required during class when you are not actively eating or drinking. The cost for this partially hands-on class is $69 per person.
