Fit For Life: Fun Total Body Workout
This fun total body workout is designed to build muscle mass and bone density, increase strength, and improve cardiovascular endurance.
Rebecca will instruct progressions and regressions to accommodate all fitness levels. Beginners are welcome.
All should bring their own mats and dumbbells and wear comfortable clothing. Rebecca will bring balls and bands to use during class and will have workout options with chairs for those who are just getting started or may prefer to use due to injuries or other mobility limiting factors.
Classes include full body involvement with a warm up, weight training, cardio, core mat work, and stretching. Participants should see and feel a difference in balance, flexibility, and strength as well as a sense of well-being.
$120 Members $130 Non-Members (8 Punches)
Eight classes running from 1/1/26-1/31-26, Mondays and WEdnesdays from 2 pm to 3 pm at the Lakeway Activity Center.
