Fall Tex-Italian Cooking Class

Fall Tex-Italian Feast Cooking Class with Chef Daniele Panella on Wednesday, October 6, from 6 pm to 8 pm. Fall is officially here, and with it all the delicious fall foods we love! The menu for this Autumnal delight includes: Fall Cappuccino: Butternut Squash Soup with Ricotta Quenelle, Roasted Beet Jam and Pecans; Maiale al Latte: Milk-braised Pork Tenderloin with Apple Fritters; and for dessert, Fomaggio e Pere: Goat Cheese and Pear Crostata.
