Belgian Specialties Cooking Class

A Sampler of Belgian Specialties with Chef Demeatrie Funderburk this Sunday, June 5 from 1-3 pm. Belgian cuisine draws its influences from French, German, and Dutch kitchens and is acknowledged as being among the best in Europe. In fact, it is sometimes said that Belgian food is served in the quantity of German cuisine but with the quality of French food. Let’s see if that’s true, in this class with Chef Demeatrie! The menu for this class includes: Belgian Endive Salad; Moules Frites (Mussels with Fried Potatoes- the National Dish of Belgium!) and for dessert, authentic Belgian Waffles with Fresh Fruit.
